22-year-old Los Angeles native, self-proclaimed “Strapper” and singer-songwriter-turned-rapper Freddy Hefner offers us two new songs, “The Come Up” and “Imaginary Friend,” both of which are set to be featured on her forthcoming EP, “Time Machine.”
Hefner’s first EP, “Good Luck,” was released in fall of 2011 and boasted production from HS87 producer-artist K. Roosevelt. Having recently graduated from St. John’s University, Hefner is now gearing up for the release of “Time Machine,” a project that she hopes will simultaneously showcase her growth and range as a singer, writer and rapper. Take a listen to “The Come Up” and “Imaginary Friend” below.
